More corruption in the Texas Comptroller's Office...

AUSTIN (KXAN) – There’s renewed controversy about the state funding used to help pay to put on the Formula One U.S. Grand Prix at the Circuit of the Americas.

To keep this latest controversy simple: Should F1 be eligible for the funding since it might never have submitted a written application? Which is why the Comptroller is not allow to broker deals and spend money without written order to do so.
